I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water. If you have never done this before; Do It! It's fun, healthy and the best thing I have ever done for my mind. Jen, thank you so much, you are brilliant and I look forward to our next session. Both Sam and Tilda were great at helping the group gel and were very encouraging of us challenging ourselves and standing up on the boards. A MUST experience for Londoners and visitors alike!

It was a lovely experience seeing Katherine docks and the harbour from the waterside. Our instructor was nice and clear. We had so much fun. Definitely worth doing!

Anu was our instructor and she was extremely patient, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and was happy to take it at our own pace. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun and different to do in London! Great value for money, great experience and helps out a charitable cause!

Having tried SUP before with disastrous and hilarious results I wasn't hopeful about my exprience at Paddleboarding London on the Camden Canal. But WOW! The statistic is that. 1/20 do and it's not a problem, but basically everyone stays dry.

The morning was incredibly well organised without being too 'processed' or methodical -... read more we were welcomed, had our safety briefing and given some key tips without ever feeling like "organised fun" Both Anu and Vicky are incredibly personal and engaging, each with their own great sense of humour which definitely added to the experience! The paddled along the canal past the Zoo which meant we got to spot African Wild Dogs and Warthogs, while also getting a unique perspective of London. A great way to spend a morning; maybe have a different date, or even just see London in a different way. Oh, and they take LOADS of photos so you can enjoy the experience and be in the moment. DO IT!
