Euphoric and Zen are possible two words that come to mind. Jen was amazing. I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water. If you have never done this before; Do It! It's fun, healthy and the best thing I have ever done for my mind. Jen, thank you so much, you are brilliant and I look forward to our next session. She was a great instructor, and - although I had been on a board twice before - this was... read more the first time I had had a proper lesson, and it was so great to have such a knowledgeable and patient teacher. It's just so peaceful out on the canal, gliding between the geese and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Difficult to believe that we were in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world. I can't wait to get back out onto the water! Thanks again!

The morning was incredibly well organised without being too 'processed' or methodical -... read more we were welcomed, had our safety briefing and given some key tips without ever feeling like "organised fun" Both Anu and Vicky are incredibly personal and engaging, each with their own great sense of humour which definitely added to the experience! The paddled along the canal past the Zoo which meant we got to spot African Wild Dogs and Warthogs, while also getting a unique perspective of London. A great way to spend a morning; maybe have a different date, or even just see London in a different way. Oh, and they take LOADS of photos so you can enjoy the experience and be in the moment. DO IT!

The statistic is that. 1/20 do and it's not a problem, but basically everyone stays dry.
